We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

How it works

1) Email us within 14 days

Send an email to info@Vogueux.com with the subject: “Return Request – Order #12345”.

  • Order number
  • Item(s) to return (name, size, color)
  • Reason for return (fit, defect, changed mind, etc.)
  • Photos if item is damaged/defective
2) Wait for approval & instructions

We’ll reply with return authorization and packing/label instructions (typically within 1–2 business days).

3) Ship the item back

Pack items in original condition and include all tags/accessories. Use a tracked service.

Unless we made an error or the item is defective, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Return eligibility

  • Unused, unwashed, undamaged
  • Original tags & packaging intact
  • All accessories/free gifts included
  • Proof of purchase (Order #)
Not returnable
  • Final-sale / Clearance items
  • Worn or washed items
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., underwear) once opened
  • Items without original tags/packaging
  • Gift cards

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
  • Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless we sent a wrong/defective item).
  • Orders with coupons are refunded at the discounted value paid.
  • Partial refunds may apply if items are missing parts or show wear.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Exchanges & defects

  • Exchanges: Same 14-day window. Exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • Damaged/defective: Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos—we’ll prioritize a replacement or refund and cover return shipping.
  • If a desired size/color is out of stock, we can process a refund so you can place a new order later.

Our standard window is 14 days from delivery. If you’re just outside the window, email us—we’ll do our best to help, but approval isn’t guaranteed.

If we made an error or the item is defective, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, the customer covers return shipping costs.

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Yes—exchanges follow the same 14-day policy and depend on stock availability. If the item is unavailable, we can process a refund instead.
